Choosing to attend graduate school in the United States, Miwa was impressed by the early emphasis on career planning and development in homes, schools and communities designed to benefit people in making more informed career choices.

Immersing herself in studies and professional development activities, she obtained the National Career Development Association (NCDA) credentials as both a Certified Career Services Provider (CCSP) who plans and facilitates individual, group and classroom career guidance services, and as an instructor of the NCDA curriculum designed to certify others to become CCSPs, Miwa is dedicated to  taking global knowledge and research-based best practices to her own country to benefit youth and workers, leading to improved job and life satisfaction.

Miwa is a professional whose studies have been pursued with excellence and whose creativity and futuristic caring and thought offer tremendous hope to those fortunate to know and work with her.
