Renewal of the CCSP credential requires completion of continuing education and the payment of an annual fee. Continuing Education

Continuing Education Units (CEUs): Credential holders must complete 30 hours of continuing education over a three-year period. This helps ensure that you maintain up-to-date knowledge and skills in career development. For more details, please refer to the NDCA Continuing Education Manual.

Annual Fee

To maintain the CCSP credential, an annual renewal fee of $40 is required. If you choose to pay for two years in advance, the fee is $50. If the annual fee is unpaid, your credential will be marked as “inactive,” restricting your use of the CCSP credential logo. To reactivate your credential, you will need to pay the outstanding renewal fees, along with a $35 late fee.

Notification: As your renewal date approaches, the NCDA will send notifications via email or postcard. This ensures that you do not forget to complete the renewal process.

Web Listing Options

Service Promotion: As part of the renewal process, you have the option to list your services on the NCDA website. This listing costs $50 annually or $125 for three years.
