The FCD training program offered by NCDA is a comprehensive program designed for professionals and educators involved in career support.
What will I learn ?
NCDA’s FCD training program is a comperehensive program designed to deepen the skills and knowledge of career support professionals. Through 120 hours of instruction, participants acquire practical skills and theoretical knowledge, enabling them to plan an active role in diverse career support settings after certification. Additionally, if conditions set by The Center for Credentialing and Education (CCE) are met, certification applications for GCDF-U.S. ay also be available. For details, please contact us.

Methods
The FCD training program is available in the follwoing tow methods
- Face to Face Classroom or eLearning utilizing technology, such as Zoom, Goolge Meet.
- On-demand: Assignment submissions using a Learning Management System (LMS)
Steps for Credential
NCDA-certified CCSP qualification are as follows
- Completiong of Training: Acompletion certificate for the FCD training will be issued.
- Application Procedures: Submit the completion certificate to NCDA and provide the required information.
- Assessment: Respond the senarios. The scenarios would be assessed by trained reviewers.
Advantage after FCD training
Individuals who complete the FCD training progrm are eligible to apply for Certified Career Services Provider (CCSP). Thie qualification enhances credibility as a career support professional and is ecpected to broaden career choices.
